Belica
The extra virgin olive oil of the Istrska Belica variety is characterized by its robust taste, perfectly counterbalanced by its freshness and fruitiness and a typical aroma of freshly mown grass. The initial sweetness is soon taken over by a well-balanced bitterness and spiciness - the hallmark of the queen of polyphenols.
Best enjoyed with grilled red meat, fish, poultry, salads, soups, rice dishes and many more.
Cuvée
The cuvée extra virgin olive oil is a selection of the Istrska Belica variety, with a high content of antioxidants and the Leccino variety, with its almond taste. The fresh and balanced Pendolino variety and the fruity and aromatic Frantoio variety add to the well-balanced bitterness and spiciness.
Best enjoyed with red or white meat, fish, pasta and rice dishes, soups and many more.
Grape juice
Our 100 % natural grape juice is made from the Refošk variety, it is pasteurized, with no added sugar or preservatives. It can be enjoyed by children and adults alike. It is rich in antioxydants and full of flavour, delicious and refreshing all year round. To fully enjoy its rich aromas we recommend chilling it at 15°C.
We make our grape juice with the same love and care we dedicate to the land. The best quality grapes we use to produce the juice grow in ideally positioned vineyards we tend to every day for more than a century. In fact, since 1880, our family has been taking care of our vineyards and olive groves in the small village of Marezige, at the very heart of Slovenian Istria, with devotion, perseverance, love and deep respect for our land.
Ascolana olives
We pick Ascolana olives by hand in September. To reduce their bitterness, we naturally soak them in brine for several months, sometimes up to a year. They have an outstanding taste and a meaty, crunchy texture. They're a perfect match for Istrian snacks, adding a delightful touch to the experience.
Štorta olives
Organically pickled Štorta olives are handpicked in September. To reduce their bitterness, we naturally soak them in brine for several months, sometimes up to a year. They are consistently the tastiest pickled olives, and their flavor complements all indulgent combinations.
